100% old vines (Vielles Vignes) Cabernet Franc. After a quick decanting or breathing, this wine takes on the characteristic of a light-bodied raspberry compote flavored with light green springtime herbs. Cabernet Franc can be off-putting for many wine drinkers due to its “green pepper” flavor, but this goes for a more delicate route that might be preferred by many first-time Cab. Franc drinkers.
